Ryo makes his first brief (and I mean brief as in "blink-and-you'll-miss-him") appearance in
the second Digimon Adventure movie, Bokura No Wargame. You can catch a glimpse of him as one of the many
children sending emails to Taichi and Koushiro during the battle with Diablomon. Ryo apparently has a
really great wireless connection as he's connecting to the internet on a laptop in what looks like the
mountains. (To me it looks like he's a goatboy in the hills of Tibet!) You also get one last glimpse of
him emailing away in the closing credits.
